Stefano Rolli practices in the fields of civil and administrative law, providing both judicial and extra-judicial assistance, with particular attention to the protection of the rights of individuals, corporations and assets. His experience is based on an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of civil litigation, developed over approximately twenty years of legal practice, which has allowed him to gain solid knowledge of the local courts.
After earning his degree in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2006, he continued his professional training through a one-year advanced course in civil, administrative, and criminal law organized by the “Accademia degli Studi Giuridici” (2008), under the scientific direction of dott. Ugo Di Benedetto, Judge of the Regional Administrative Court of Bologna.
Over the years, he has further enhanced his skills with additional specializations, including obtaining the qualification of Professional Mediator in civil and commercial matters (2011), and a Mini-Master in Administrative Law, with a focus on public contracts and litigation in public procurement (2017).
Since 2006, he has consolidated his expertise in civil law, particularly in handling disputes related to contracts, civil liability, real estate rights, family law, and inheritance law.
