Matteo Pellegrini graduated with honours in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2021. In the same year, he also obtained with distinction an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London.
He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Private Law at the University of Bologna. He has conducted research at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg and has also been involved in teaching activities at the University of Hamburg. He is author of publications in academic journals and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars.
Matteo Pellegrini provides legal assistance in the field of civil law, with a particular focus on obligations, national and international contracts, and tort liability.
He also offers legal support in corporate law, primarily dealing with extraordinary corporate transactions, with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as national and international commercial contracts.
He has gained experience in both judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on civil and corporate litigation.
He has also developed in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of asset protection measures, with specific reference to trusts.
Matteo Pellegrini also provides support in administrative law, particularly regarding urban planning, construction, eminent domain, environmental matters, and public procurement.
