Studio Legale Rolli

The Studio Legale Rolli is based in Forlì and Bologna.

The Firm was initially established with a strong focus on Administrative Law and in particular on urban planning and construction law, public procurement, and regulated markets, led by Marta Rolli, pupil of Arnaldo Foschi and Giancarlo Fanzini.

It later expanded into Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law, including within regulated markets, and business crisis management, thanks to the academic and professional expertise of Rita Rolli, pupil of Professor Francesco Galgano and full Professor of Private Law at the Department of Legal Studies at University of Bologna, as well as a member of the Boards of Directors of leading listed companies. The Firm also benefits from the litigation specialization of Stefano Rolli, developed over approximately twenty years of legal practice, which has allowed him to gain solid knowledge of the local courts.

With this structure and a client-oriented approach, the Firm is able to offer specialized legal services both locally and at national and international levels. It is equipped to interact with public authorities and regulatory bodies, providing innovative, efficient, and comprehensive legal services to corporations and individuals in tackling complex challenges.
