Dott.Davide Maurelli

Davide Maurelli graduated with honours in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2024. 

He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Law at the University of Bergamo. He is author of publications in academic journals and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars. He is also a member of the editorial board of the journal Responsabilità medica. Diritto e Pratica Clinica.

Davide Maurelli also completed a post-graduate internship at the Avvocatura Distrettuale dello Stato of Bologna, during which he was involved in drafting legal documents and legal opinions in the fields of public procurement and civil law.

He assists his supervising attorney primarily in matters of civil law and corporate law, handling both litigation and non-contentious matters. He has also gained in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of inheritance law.

Davide Maurelli is also engaged in legal practice in administrative law, with particular focus on urban planning, building and construction law, eminent domain, environmental law, and public procurement.
